Courses and badges Badges: We offer badges from horse driving licenses to silver western riding badges. Trainer courses (trainers C and B) are also offered once a year. We prepare them professionally for these badges in courses and seminars. We can also provide you with training plans for horse training in order to optimally prepare you and your horse for the tests. Courses: Courses in various disciplines take place on our facility. For beginners and advanced users. We would also be happy to come to your facility.
Lessons and rides Western lessons: We offer qualified riding lessons on our facility on your own horse or our well-trained school horses. Rides: You can book guided hourly or half-day rides with your own horse or with one of our horses. Our ranch is located in the middle of fields and meadows, beautiful paths (no traffic roads) lead directly from the farm for kilometers into nature and offer variety and pure relaxation. Thanks to its location near the border, our ranch is also a trail riding station.
Horse training and riding Horse riding / Starting colts: Do you have a young horse and need help with training? The first beginnings in particular are formative. We accompany you competently with the round pen and floor work. When breaking in and training, a solid base is important to us, which also includes the terrain and hand horse riding, tailored to your wishes and the abilities of your horse. Change to the western riding style: You would like to ride your horse western style and come from a different riding style? We will help you to rearrange your horse and to learn how to ride the vest together.Special Training: This special offer is for horses that have problems in a certain area, e.g. tense back muscles or one-sidedness caused by an unsuitable saddle or poor posture. Here we go into the individual problem. We work closely with the vet and the osteopath to quickly find the cause and then to be able to train your horse in a targeted manner. Loading training / ground work: It is important to be able to load a horse without any problems at all times. Here we are first working on the ground to lay the foundation. Our goal is that the horse can be loaded voluntarily and stress-free. With this loading concept, you can also load your horse alone at home.
Horse boarding The horses receive individual care from us. There are open stables and boxes with a paddock. The well-being of the horses is very important to us. Large pastures and paddocks are available. Since our ranch is also our home, we are always there for you and your horse in emergencies.
Showing and coaching We present your horse at tournaments, always tailored to your wishes and the abilities of your horse in the disciplines: trail, reining, western pleasure, horsemanship, western riding and superhorse, longeline, trail in hand, hunter under saddle or preparation for Mare or foal shows. If you would like to take part in tournaments yourself, we would be happy to support and coach you. You benefit from our years of tournament experience. Special conditions for the training of competition horses by arrangement.
Holidays and children's holidays Ulaub: Get up in the morning with the horses and in the evening let friends review the experiences of the day by the cozy campfire or by the fireplace. No matter whether you just want to be there, whether you come to us with or without a horse - the Mocha Oak Ranch invites you to take a break from everyday life! Children's holidays: The children are looked after all day. You will learn how to deal with your partner horse correctly, how to clean, saddle, snaffle - everything that goes with it. The horses are looked after and mucked up, cared for and taken to pasture. In the mornings and afternoons there is riding, guiding, vaulting ... we do rides together or other activities such as B. trail exercise tournaments, saddle care, tinker Indian jewelry or swimming in the nearby quarry pond. In the riding arena, the children ride with their own horse or with their foster horse. The level of the lessons is individually tailored to the child's ability.
